Returns

If your order isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at contact@solentostore.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning. We'll send you a Royal Mail QR code that can be scanned at your local Post Office or Parcel Locker - no printer required.

Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Once we've received your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Please note that a £3.65 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund for standard returns.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve this for you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
