All orders are dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your delivery’s progress.

At the moment, we do not cover delivery duty costs or VAT for international orders. These charges are set by your local customs authority and will be collected by the courier at the point of delivery or before your parcel is released. However, we are aiming to roll out Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for a number of countries over the next few months.
Currently, if a package is returned due to fees not being paid, these fees (plus any shipping costs) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns

All items can be returned within a 30 day window.
To return an item, please reach out via the contact page on our website with your order number and your reason for return, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a returns QR code. Returns need to be dropped off at a Royal Mail post office where the label can be printed in store.
Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons and all items must be returned in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not yet offer free returns so return postage will be charged and deducted from your refund total.
All of our orders are sent in premium packaging, consisting of branded boxes and draw string pouches. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable
