All orders are dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your delivery’s progress.
UK standard shipping - £3.99

At the moment we do cover delivery duty costs for international orders. However, we are aiming to roll out delivery with duties paid (DDP) for a number of countries over the next few months.
Currently, if a package is returned due to fees not being paid, these fees (plus any shipping costs) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns
All items can be returned within a 30 day window.
To return an item, please reach out via the contact page or DM us on instagram with your order number and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a returns address.
Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately we do not yet offer free returns so return postage will be charged.
We advise that you send returns back via a tracked delivery.
Please keep a receipt or proof of purchase for any returned items.
